2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Subscriptions

2.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any price change indicates your agreement to the updated pricing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email or through our client portal. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

Automatic Renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle, you will be charged for the upcoming cycle. No refunds will be issued for that billing period.

3.2 Refunds

Non-Refundable Payments: Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This includes payments for subscription renewals. Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing period to avoid additional charges.

Service Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us to address any concerns. However, refunds for unsatisfactory work will not be issued unless it is proven that services were not provided as agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Content and Information

You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information for your website. While we may offer guidance and assistance, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.

4.2 Approval and Revisions

You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design of your website. Revisions requested beyond the scope of the agreed-upon services may incur additional charges. You agree to provide timely feedback and approval to facilitate the efficient completion of your project.

4.3 Data Protection

You are responsible for any personal data or information you provide to us. We will take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we do not accept liability for unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond our control, such as hacking or data breaches.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Website Design

Upon completion of the website and receipt of full payment, ownership of the website design and content (excluding third-party software or components) will transfer to you. We reserve the right to display the design in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

5.2 Third-Party Software and Services

We may incorporate third-party software or services into your website (such as plugins, APIs, or stock images). You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of such third-party services. We do not warrant or guarantee the performance of third-party services integrated into your website.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate your agreement with us at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined above. Termination will not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges.

6.2 Termination by Munus Solutions

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms of Service
• You fail to pay for services in a timely manner
• We reasonably determine that continuing to provide services to you poses a legal, business, or security risk to us

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Munus Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of our services.

7.1 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Arbitration
